Each category invites you to showcase your personal vision, your sense of space, and your ability to capture architecture as art. Whether your strength lies in clean lines, abstract forms, historic landmarks, or dynamic interactions between people and structures – there’s a space here for your story.

We believe great architectural photography balances technical mastery and emotional depth. Our categories reflect this duality, offering a platform where precision meets imagination.

Discover the category that fits your style – or challenge yourself to enter new visual territory.

Submit your work and let it speak through structure, light, and vision.

our judges

The Architecture Photography Awards 2026 are evaluated by an international panel of respected photographers and industry professionals with diverse perspectives on contemporary architectural photography.

Christian Theile

Architectural and interior photographer

Christian Theile is a Munich-based architectural and interior photographer with over a decade of professional experience. His work focuses on modern, minimalist architecture, exploring the balance of symmetry, structure, and light. Known for his clear and luminous visual style, he captures the essence of architectural spaces through precise compositions and refined geometry.

Driven by a strong interest in urban development, Christian regularly travels across Germany and Europe to photograph distinctive buildings and evolving cityscapes. For him, photography goes beyond documentation – it is a creative interpretation rooted in the context and history of a place. As a jury member of the Architecture Photography Awards 2026, he brings a thoughtful perspective and appreciation for architectural storytelling across styles and periods.

Marcus Cederberg

Minimal & Architectural Photographer

We are all living in an era of endless distraction and constant input. Channeling a sense of calm, Marcus Cederberg translates society’s intrinsic need for a slower pace into minimalist photographs.

The Swedish artists outlook on life is thereby converted into colors, contrasts and negative space. His work has graced the walls of galleries in USA, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Denmark, Portugal, France, Italy and Sweden.

He is represented at Fotografiska, the Swedish Museum of Photography. His ”less is more” message echoes from his Instagram @marcuscederberg where he has become a minimalistic influencer with over 300.000 followers.

Alexander Arregui Leszczynska

Architect & Architectural Photographer

Alexander (aka Archibatch) is a Zürich-based architect and freelance photographer who bridges the gap between design and documentation.
By balancing these disciplines, he brings a unique technical understanding and a refined photographic eye to the built environment.
He focuses on the structural concepts and intricate details that define a project, translating architectural intent into compelling visual narratives.

Through Archibatch, he has curated a comprehensive digital archive of Swiss architecture, collaborating with emerging offices and cultural organizations.
His work transforms raw documentation into storytelling, offering the construction sector a perspective that honors both the big-picture and the craftsmanship behind every typology.

Konrad Langer

Architectural and urban photographer

Konrad Langer is an architectural and urban photographer specializing in distinctive cityscapes, bold colors, and graphic perspectives. His work often explores the interaction between large-scale architecture and human presence, creating visually striking compositions.

Since 2019, he has been working as a freelance photographer and location guide based in Berlin. With experience in digital marketing and visual storytelling, he collaborates with clients across travel, technology, and urban lifestyle sectors, producing content for contemporary digital platforms.

Laura Deus

Architect & Architectural Photographer

Portuguese architect and architectural photographer based in Lisbon, Laura Deus
graduated in Architecture from the University of Coimbra (2014), where she explored the
relationship between photography and architecture in her master’s dissertation,
Construction of the Architectural Imaginary: Photographic Influences.

In 2022, she received the Early Career and Emerging Talent Architectural Photography
Award by APAlmanac.

Her work focuses on the interaction between space, light, and people, creating images that
